1. Settlement Terms. Accounts are strictly pro-forma with cleared funds required before orders are despatched.
2. Carriage is extra.
3. Risk and Title. The legal title in all goods supplied remains with us as long as there is any indebtedness in respect of any transaction whatsoever and whenever arising. The customer shall only be at liberty to sell the goods purchased from the Company prior to the passing of title on the understanding that if the customer does sell the goods then the customer will hold on trust for the Company so much of the proceeds of sale received by the customer under contracts which include any of the goods hereby sold either in their original or altered state as necessary to discharge payment in full to the Company.
4. Cancellation: under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 7 working days as a private individual (DSR does not apply to business contracts). The period of 7 working days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods that we sell, for example, items made to your order. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us at our registered business address in their original packaging, wherever possible, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage. Cost of return carriage is at the sole expense of the customer unless the items have been supplied incorrectly or are faulty.
