BIL Castors and Wheels manufacture and supply a huge range of solid and pneumatic wheels to suit almost any castor and application requirement. From solid polypropylene and solid nylon (polymide 6) to cast iron and steel - from solid phenolic and solid thermoplastic (for use in high temperatures) to black rubber on steel rims are to name but a few.

There is also a full range of pneumatic wheels with either polypropylene or steel rims and a range of puncture proof wheels when pneumatic wheels are not appropriate.

High Temperature Wheels

A selection of wheels suitable for high temperature applications of up to 350°C. With a wheel diameter range of 50 to 200mm and load capacity range of 40 to 725kg.

Rubber on Steel Wheels

Wheels comprise of black solid rubber tyres on either welded zinc-plated or bolted powder-coated steel rims. With a wheel diameter range of 80 to 400mm and load capacity range of 50 to 700kg.

Rubber on Nylon Wheels

Wheels comprise of blue elastic rubber tyre on black nylon (polyamide 6) rim. With wheel diameter range of 50 to 250mm and load capacity range of 40 to 500kg.

Rubber on Aluminium Wheels

Wheels comprise of elastic rubber tyre on aluminium rim. Wheel diameter range of 100 to 300mm and load capacity range of 160 to 800kg.
